ChatHealth

A new text messaging service is available across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly linking young people with school nurses 

Called ChatHealth, it aims to provide a quick and easy way to access health advice and support on anything from relationships to wellbeing 

How it works:

When you send a text message, you will receive an automated reply confirming your text has been received. A trained healthcare professional in the school nursing team will then reply to you within 48 working hours.

This service is available to access Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays)

The service provides confidential help and advice and is available for you to ask questions on things like: 

• Keeping safe
• Emotional, mental health and wellbeing
• Relationships
• Smoking and vaping
• Drugs and alcohol
• Sleep

Chathealth is not available 24/7.
